The ATCP Physical Engineering provides specific tools for testing and quality control of ultrasonic horns and acoustic stacks. These products are the ultrasonic frequency meter SonicSniffer and the horn and transducer analyzer TRZ.
Frequency Meter SonicSniffer
The SonicSniffer is a pocket-size frequency meter for preventive maintenance of power ultrasonic equipments (mainly ultrasonic welding machines). The SonicSniffer determines the work frequency analyzing the ultrasound emitted by the equipment during operation. Frequency deviations indicate wear on the interfaces, tight loss or more serious problems such as cracks or deformation. When detected early, some of these problems can be solved by simple and cheap procedures avoiding more serious damages. http://www.atcp-ndt.com/products/piezo-and-ultrasonics/sonicsniffer.html
Guyson International’s ‘Kerry’ branded ultrasonic cleaning equipment includes both aqueous and solvent systems. The Pulsatron range (aqueous ultrasonic baths, ultrasonic tanks and 2-3 stage systems) is normally used for lower volume cleaning; Microsolve and Microclean systems can handle high throughput and may be automated. Submersible transducers can be supplied with tank or retro-fitted to an existing process.

M.P. Interconsulting
Miodrag Prokic is an independent consultant, developer of new ultrasonics applications (such as ultrasonic cleaning in liquid CO2) and supplier of special ultrasonic systems for cleaning, sonochemistry and other applications. This is the new site I've just built for him, which includes a variety of technical articles and photos of modern ultrasonic cleaning systems.
Located in Neuchatel, Switzerland, with partner organisations in Russia and India, Progress Ultrasonics Group develops technology-intensive ultrasonic equipment for oil and gas condensate production, processing and transport.
In trials, oil beds in Russia and Romania demonstrated successful results with an overall average efficiency of 200% oil flow compared to normal (double the flow rate).
