Power calculation for liquid processing

Hello,
I have doubt regarding the power calculation for liquid processing. Kindly clarify, all ultrasonic generator manufacturer are telling the power in term of watts. eg 1000 w, 1500 w etc. Can you tell me how to calculate power delievered by probe sonicator into the liquid?
As per my knowledge we can calculate power delievered from frequency and amplitude.
Work done by sonicator in watt = work done in N * distance;
whereas distance is nothing but frequency * amplitude ( meter / second)
Please give your comments on above equation and clarify whether is it right or wrong? How to calculate it in right way.
